An internship/industrial training/industrial placement offers students the opportunity to gain industrial or professional experiences in a setting that is supervised by a workplace professional for a defined period. It is a key component of learning in an integrated academic curriculum that helps students develop transferable skills for future employability. This Space is a one-stop knowledge base that includes processes, documentation, and guidance from preparation at pre-internship stage to reporting during and post-internship stages for students (interns), staff (academic supervisor) and internship employers.
